I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2017. I am also a licensed builder and water damage restoration certified. My main focus has been working with other investors, finding, rehabbing, repositioning, developing, and liquidating investments. I also help friends and family find a lovely place and help get any construction work done to it so it's called home. With my construction knowledge and experience, home buyers and investors feel much more confident in what they get. Also, the seamless transition into the next phases after the purchases, combined with full resources/estimates/funding options and the list goes on.
